Gryphon Fencing offers 3,800 square feet of cork-padded, continuous wooden floor for excercise, foootwork and fencing. Our facility features six fencing strips with state-of-the-art VSM scoring systems and overhead reels. Quality instruction in all three weapons (foil, epee and saber) are available to members of the club.
Spectators may observe lessons, classes, and bouting from seats in the viewing area.
Club Meetings: Open practice Monday thru Friday evenings 7:30-10:00 pm and Saturday mornings from 10am-noon.

Classes: Gryphon Fencing offers a variety of classes in all three weapons for various age levels and skill levels. The class fee includes instruction, equipment use and facility use during the posted class times.
Membership: For fencers who are interested in practicing, bouting or taking private lessons at Gryphon, standard membership dues are $50 per month and grant the member access to the facility during open practice times. Discount packages are available for quarterly, semi-annual and annual membership. Membership PDF Equipment rental is available for an additional fee. Private instruction is available from Coach Holmgren and Coach Clovis; please contact us for details and schedule times. |
